Japan Supports Improving Basic Education for Children of Ethnic Minorities in Oudomxay

(KPL) The government of Japan provided grant assistance worth USD 526,999 to support basic education for children of ethnic minorities in Oudomxay Province of the Lao PDR.

A contract on the grant project was signed at the Japanese Embassy in Vientiane on Dec 3 between Ambassador of Japan to the Lao PDR, Mr. Keizo Takewaka, and the Project Manager of Plan International Japan, Ms. Kumiko Suzumura.
