JICA and UXO-Laos collaborate on operations

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Government officials and representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) met in Vientiane last week for the first Joint Coordinating Committee meeting.

The meeting was attended by National Programme Director of the Lao National Unexploded Ordnance Programme (UXO-Laos), Mr Bounphamith Somvichith, and the Senior Representative of JICA in Laos, Ms Akiko Sanada.
