New DG takes office at National Economic Research Institute

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The National Economic Research Institute has a new chief with Acting Director General of the National Economic Research Institute, Dr Leeber Leebouapao, appointed to the post of Director General to replace the retiring Mr Bouasone Bouphavanh.

An official announcement of the appointment took place at the institute on Friday when Deputy Prime Minister Dr Bounthong Chitmany presided over the ceremony.
