Feasibility study begins on Xekong’s Nam Pagnou dam in Laos

XEKONG, Laos (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The government has authorised a local energy developer to conduct a feasibility study of the Nam Pagnou (Lower) Hydropower Project in Xekong province.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed last Friday between Minister of Planning and Investment, Dr Souphan Keomixay, and Chairman of Vientiane Automation and Solution Engineering Co., Ltd. (VASE), Mr Senglaty Savankham.
