China & Laos sign poverty alleviation aid document

VIENTIANE, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) — Chinese and Lao officials signed a document for carrying out China aid projects for poverty alleviation in Laos on Wednesday in Lao capital Vientiane.

Wang Qihui, economic and commercial counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Laos and Saysana Sithiphone, chief cabinet of Laos-China Cooperation Commission signed the implementation summary for the Chinese government’s assistance to Lao rural poverty alleviation facilities construction.
