UXO clearance an opportunity to unlock land, prosperity
Cooperation with local authorities and development partners aims to remove the threat posed by unexploded ordnance (UXO) including to increase access and benefits to people in Laos. At present, too many Lao people still live under threat from Indochina-War remnants in the form of UXO as they struggle to expand agriculture productively, such as in the northern province of Huaphan.
