Lao Farmers call for urgent rollout of planned electricity rate cut
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Farmers have called on the energy sector to quickly implement a planned cut in electricity rates to bolster agricultural production across the country.
Authorities disclosed a plan to cut rates for certain forms of usage during the last National Assembly session in November.
