LOCA and Vientiane Minivan Association join forces for service upgrade

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Laos’ first ride-hailing service LOCA and the Vientiane Minivan Association have partnered in the upgrade of the minivan service in Laos.

An agreement was signed in Vientiane on Monday between LOCA founder Mr Souliyo Vongdala and President of the Vientiane Minivan Association, Mr Bounkham Latsavong.

The agreement aims to make the minivan service more modern, along with making it digitally savvy so that it is easier for customers to book and know ticket prices.
