Concession agreement signed for Vientiane Expressway Number 1 Project

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Vientiane authorities have authorised the Vientiane Expressway Number 1 Sole Company Ltd to build the Vientiane Expressway No 1 from the Thatluang Marsh Specific Economic Zone to Dongmakkhai over a distance of 15.30 km.

The agreement for the build-operate-transfer (BOT) concession was signed on March 4 by the Department of Planning and Investment, on behalf of Vientiane authorities and the company.
