Capital finds 4.9b kip spending duplicated, sanctions nine firms
Vientiane authorities have uncovered more than 4.9 billion kip that was repeatedly charged for state investment projects in the capital following an inspection and audit of the 2012-2013 fiscal year, the capital’s top inspector has told members of the capital’s People’s Council.
