University of Laos drives out disruptive entertainment venues
The National University of Laos has removed some entertainment venues located too close to its campus and authorities have been continually monitoring other target venues with a view to relocating them.
The university partnered with local officials last year to establish a system for inspecting restaurants, bars and nightclubs in accordance with the regulations, in an effort to curb the increase in anti-social behaviour.
