Real estate group to invest US$11m in Vientiane residential project

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – A Japanese real estate group, Creed, in cooperation with local partner Aanandi Group, is investing US$11 million in the ARATA Garden Residences Xaysettha in Vientiane, the Lao capital.

The project will be a part of real estate development and support a fast growing economy. The homes will be built on a 1.6 hectare site in Meuangnoy village, Xaysettha district, which is experiencing rising land prices.
