Malaria Claims 19 Lives in 2018

(KPL) The malaria has claimed 19 lives with over 6,000 cases reported in 2018, according to the Department of Communicable Disease Control, Ministry of Health.

The annual meeting of the department was told on Jan 2 that 10,067 malaria cases were reported and about 14 lives were claimed by malaria in 2017.
