Laos, Flanders to partner in waterway transport capacity building

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Laos and the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works of Flanders, Kingdom of Belgium, are continuing cooperation for capacity building for the Lao ministry, especially in waterway transport and ports.
A signing ceremony for a Letter of Intent to Continue Cooperation 2018-2020 between the two sides took place in Vientiane on Monday.
