Vientiane Center Lao Public Company Launches Its Initial Public Offering
(KPL) Vientiane Center Lao Public Company has launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for local and foreign buyers.
Wednesday’s launch witnessed the presence of LSX Secretary General Saysamone Chanthachack and representatives of business community.
The public company will sell up to 63.9 million shares at a price of 1,050 kip per share to yield a capital of at least 67 billion kip, according to the Vice President of the Vientiane Center Lao Public Co., Ltd, Olathay Santikhongkha.
