Raft of exciting events planned for Lao New Year
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Several organisations and companies are arranging colourful forms of entertainment to celebrate Lao New Year, which will be observed from April 14-16.
The festivities usually involve people splashing water on each other, which helps reduce the effects of the hot weather experienced in April.
