Laos highlights role of private sector on International MSME Day
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The government believes that Laos’ socio-economic development micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) play an equally crucial role along with macro-economic measures in the nation’s economic development.
Various initiatives are being taken to encourage the private sector to diversify their businesses, including the provision of goods and services for the domestic and overseas markets.
