Foot-and-mouth disease kills 700 livestock in Huaphan
An outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease that began in Huaphan province in November last year has infected more than 10,800 animals and killed 700 others, a local official reported yesterday. The value of the animals that had died was estimated at more than 1 billion kip.
