Villagers not allow their lands for Vientiane – Vangvieng Expressway
“Villagers from Naxone village, Naxaithong district, Vientiane Capital will not allow company to take their lands to make a way for Vientiane – Vangvieng Expressway because company only pay for the land loss 50,000 Kip/m2 which it is much lower that market price, since the price of the land in that area is 250,000 Kip/m2. From that, on one accepted that price that company purposed and will not allow company to take their land.
When that happened, villagers together called for officials to slove this issue fairly and urgently because if there anything happens, villagers will continue to fight as much as they can.
